They work in many companies, and not in others. The reason why they work or not work has to do with the people who work changes or improvements in performance.Il is a common myth out there that a company can install a new computer system and magically, the company doing a great job with what the computer system is supposed to be dowing. FALSE ? systems are run by people, whether they are computer systems, accounting systems, systems bureau.Si you had two competing companies (A) has an excellent system, but the people are not trainined in the way of use (B) a rotten system, but people know what they fontl?entreprise B is the one who will win the comp?titionAM?LIORATION CONTINUE is another approcheAvant continuous improvement was invented, the various corporate executives find a problem in the society, and to focus much attention and resources on fixing that, then stand back and say ?it?s fixed, what shall we fix next?? then completely ignore what they ?fixed? in a few years and it is worse than if they had not done anything with elle.Avec a continuous improvement process, there is a measurement of how we do in a range of topics . The goal is to stay as good as we are all, find places to make small improvements ? The intention is that each sticks to improve ?
